Tierra Dudley was born on January 11, 1983, in Daytona Beach, Florida, at Halifax Medical Center, to Valmarie Dudley-Frederick and Ralph Brown, Sr.
Tierra was known for her compassionate nature and the kindness she extended to everyone she met. Her giving spirit, witty sense of humor, warmth, and joy touched all who knew and loved her.
Tierra’s memory will forever remain in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who were blessed with the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy will live on for generations, inspiring others through her kindness, generosity, and unforgettable spirit.
Tierra was preceded in eternal rest by her mother, Valmarie Dudley-Frederick; her grandparents, R.J. Dudley and Mattie Lorick, and Rebecca and Roy Brown; her aunts, Eleanor Monts and Martha Bress; and her uncles, Leroy Lorick, John Dudley, Sr., Anthony Lorick, Charlie Lorick, R.J. Dudley, and Edsel Brown.
With loving memories held close, she leaves to cherish her memory her loving children: Charles Elliott III, Ja’Brea Elliott, Kamari Elliott, and Zavian Shepard; her siblings: Venecia Valentine, Jamal Sabree, Sr., Electria Gilyard, Monique Monts, Shantyra Brown, and Ralph Brown, Jr.; her beloved grandchildren, Kamilla and Ace (affectionately known as “Noodle”); her nephews, Yeovanti Williams and Jamal Sabree, Jr.; her niece, Jada Sabree; a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins; special cousins, Rezea Underwood, Sean Giddens, and Terrence Dudley; and special friends, LaShunda, Monique, Rontoya, Pertisha, Shell, Larissa, and Jasmine.
A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 27, 2026, St. James Missionary Baptist Church
