Mr. Douglas Troutman, Jr., born January 13, 1945, transitioned on February 21, 2026. A Public Viewing will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a Celebration of Life at 11:00 AM at Trinity Presbyterian Church, located at 301 N. Florida Avenue, Lakeland, FL. Interment will follow at Oakhill Burial Park, US Highway 98 South, Lakeland, FL. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to The Rochelle Alumni Association.
