Obituary For Allan "Bo" Ladd Wilson

Mr. Allen Ladd "Bo" Wilson, 74, 812 Barkley Street, Gastonia NC was born March 28, 1946 to Alberta Wilson. He departed his life Sunday March 21, 2021 at Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center in Lincolnton North Carolina.

Bo attended Highland Junior High School and play basketball for the school. In his early years of employment, Bo was employed as a construction worker. Later, he was employed by The City of Gastonia for several years.

Bo will always be remembered for his funny nature and stylish attire. He loved to wear white Chuck Taylors and a hat everywhere he went. He was very protective of his family.

Bo was preceded in death by his mother Alberta Wilson and brother William Henry Wilson; aunts Maggie Sanders, Kate Wilson, Ophelia Wilson Neely; and, cousin/brother Philip "Duke" Wilson and cousin/ sister Clara Wilson-Bordley.

He leaves to cherish memories his children: Yolanda M. Wilson ( Shelby), Scott T. Wilson (Lincolnton) and Allen R. Wilson ( Conover); cousin/ sisters Mary T Wilson, Helen W. Adams, Sarita W. Hopper (Steve); and cousin/brother Thomas W. "Bubba" Wilson (Jackie), 13 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews, close friends and other beloved family members.
