A blessing to the children and staff she was. Gave 💯to her gift of service. My heart rejoices in having been in her presence. Lost connection yet never forgot her. What wonderful childhood memories I have of Mrs. Annie Bell as she was like a second mother to us.I played with her grandson Mike everyday and I am so thankful for her guidance,compassion and encouragement.My sincere condolences to her family during this period of transition. Mrs.Annie Bell had a beautiful spirit and I have fond memories of our time on Shady Street because of her genuine interest in helping the neighborhood children.
