To the entire family of Sis. Denise Barber-Moses, We, the Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church, express our sincerest condolences to you as you say a final farewell on this side to your dearest loved one. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all today and the days to come as you go through this process of bereavement. We take this opportunity to join you in celebrating and honoring the life and legacy of this Woman of God. We certainly understand that this is a great loss to many, in particularly to your family. Although we do share in your sorrow, we do not mourn as those who have no hope, as we believe that there will come a day when we shall see her again. We, therefore, embrace the Barber/Moses family to show our love and support because of the death of your loved one. She can never be replaced and will certainly never be forgotten. We take this moment to bow in humble submission to Him who never makes a mistake and whose ways are not our ways. We remind the entire family that Sis. Denise has arrived at her expected end here on earth and we look forward to that great day when "the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord." (I Thessalonians 4:16-17) Respectfully Submitted, Reverend, Dr. Kimberly D. Moore Senior Pastor. Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church

Denise was such a nice and genuine person, the kind of person that you rarely meet. I know that heaven has already welcomed her. I'm left with the memory of a conversation that we had one day about paying your tithes first before you do anything else with your money and how God would bless you. Amen !!! My condolences to the family. Shirley Sims Floyd

Denise was one of the sweetest individuals I have ever known. Her radiant smile and personality would light up a room. She and I were classmates from the time we attended middle school through high school. We saw each other in passing from time to time and always remembered the days of yesterday. My prayers are with each family member and friends at this sorrowful moment.
We pray daily for your comfort during this difficult time of losing your Daughter, Sister and Mother. We know the pain is raw and cuts deep, but our hope is one day you will be able to smile more at the thought of being blessed to love her for all these years, and not focus on the pain of loss. We love all. The Baileys
