Kathy,

Some friendships are woven into our lives in a way that time and distance can never erase. We shared so many years, so many memories, so much laughter, and so many moments that will forever be a part of our story.

We will miss your voice, your laughter, your spirit, and that unforgettable personality that made you uniquely Kathy. We knew you, we loved you, and those memories are ours to treasure.

To Quinton, Aaron, Emmanuel, and Keyland, we hope you always know how very much your mother and grandmother was loved. Long before the many roles she would have throughout her life, she was our friendβ€”and we feel blessed to have shared a part of her journey.

Kathy, although your voice is now quiet, the memories, laughter, and love you leave behind will continue to live in all of us.

Rest peacefully, our dear friend. We love you, and we will carry you in our hearts always. β™₯️

With love, Jerri, Lynn, Vanessa, Andrea, Selina, April & Michelle

I met Kathy for the first time this past summer. She and I had spoken on the phone a couple of times as well. I met her through her mother. Kathy made me laugh in a time when I was going through. Truly a blessing! She will be missed. Praying God will comfort and keep the family in such a time as this.

Quinton, Aaron and Emmanual, your Mom will be missed. Her unique personality will never be forgotten. Her stories will live forever with us girlfriends! Her joy and reason for living were you three! She was so proud of the men you all are growing into. Continue to make her proud. Lean on one another at all times. Remember your Mom was not a quitter and neither are you! God Bless, Miss Vanessa

Quinton, Emmanuel, Aaron, Loretta and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Kathy was a wonderful person and great friend to me. Kathy and I met at School Nutrition Office back in 2003 and stayed friends through the years. We watch our children grown up to be the adults they are today. Then when grandchild came into the picture that is extra special. Kathy became a GiGi first. She has a different kind of love for the grandchild than our children. I learn all about that when I became a Nanny. We will all miss her dearly. She loved being a daughter, mother, mother-in-law and being a Gigi. Love always, Tina Franks
