Mr. Froneberger was one of my teachers in Bessemer City. He was a well and respected teacher. He will be missed in our memories. Denise Bumgardner Holland
We send our sincere condolences to the Froneberger family. Brother Froneberger was a loyal and devoted Brother and member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, where our paths crossed. He was a soft spoken and gentle soul. Rest in Peace, my dear brother. May the Lord bless the family with strength and peace during this time.
Deepest condolences to the Froneberger. Mr. Froneberger was such a respectful and humble man of God. From a child growing up at Pleasant Ridge AME Zion deep spiritual roots were established by our families - especially in the choir - Mr. Froneberger had a beautiful tenor voice. His soft spoken voice, smile and laughter will be missed. Peace and blessings to the family. Johnetta Ratchford Robbins
Mr. Lemuel was a true example of the word Humble. He was always the same. He always had a nod and a smile. Mrs. Minnie it is my prayer that God will give you Peace during this time.
I am truly grateful for the opportunity to have known and worked with Brother Froneberger when I became a member of the Eta Mu Lambda chapter of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. His contributions, advice, and guidance was always welcomed and appreciated. It was well deserved when the chapter named our scholarship program in his honor.
Mr. Lemuel was a man of great respect and compassion, known for treating everyone with warmth and dignity. His uplifting spirit and love for bowling will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
Mr. Froneberger was a good man. He was my 4th grade teacher at Bessemer City Central. My Condolences to his family💔
Dear Family, I was deeply shocked & grieved to hear that MR. Froneberger passed this week. I will always remember his pleasant ways, and how he made each student feel so special as we entered the classroom. Everyone admired the cheerful way and his willingness to get involved in the School Reunions in past years. When there was a death of those who attended Steward Elementary or Lincoln High as students, Mr. Froneberger was there with a kind word, handshake, & a hug. He was and will always be remembered as the One of a Kind Teacher. It seems hard to believe he is no longer with us, his passing will be mourned by those of us who loved & respected him so much.
Please accept my Sincere Sympathy,
Sincerely, Frankie Means Williams (Class of 7th Grade)
