She will be sorely missed. On behalf of the Howells, please accept our deepest and sincerest condolences. Continued prayers. ~Maria
I speak Blessings of Comfort to the family and friends of such a beautiful soul.
Ms. Moore was a phenomenal woman! She taught both of my girls at Ida Rankin. It's because of her caring and nurturing spirit that molded their educational and personal lives. She touched the lives of families for multiple generations. Her works speak for her!
Her legacy will continue for many decades!! She will forever be in our hearts.
Warmest Regards, Renee Heath

She was my kindergarten teacher at Ida Rankin over 49 years ago and she was such a lovely person. I got to see her when the school had there 50th celebration and got to speak with her and take a couple of photos together. When I walked up she immediately said my maiden name, I laughed and said yes that's correct, then she laughed and said, you still look the same! We talked about how she and Mrs.Biggers bought me an album the Monkees...last train because I loved to dance. She said she had a picture of us all in a circle dancing to that song. Never got to see it but it did my heart good for her to remember one of the best times I had in her class. She had style and class, and was one of the best teachers I had! You will be missed.... Love one of your students, Shannon Honeycutt Stowe

Peggy will be missed at First Congregational UCC at Lincoln Academy in Kings Mountain, N.C. Very specifically, her beautiful voice was an essential part of our choir each week. May God continue to guide those of us who will dearly miss hearing her beautiful voice each week. Additionally, we pray that God will guide and protect her family. BHoke-Member/First Congregational UCC-Lincoln Academy Community.
I am glad that I had the opportunity to meet Peggy through a my friend Dorthy Chambers. Now they are together again smiling.
. I miss them both. My prayers go out to the Moore and Hardin Family.
Condolences to our family. I didn't get to speak with my cousin very much, but when I did our conversations we're always meaningful. She was very caring always concerned about her family. Stay close families. You never know where death is or when our lives will end. God is good and HIS mercy is everlasting. Blessings to you all ITMNOJ!!! Reever White
Peggy Moore was one of my favorite teachers at Rollins Elementary. I was blessed to work with her at Ida Rankin Elementary until she retired. She was a wonderful teacher, friend and confidant to me. Peggy was loved by the children and staff and will be missed by all of us.
Peggy was a devoted church member at First Congregational UCC, at Lincoln Academy and Blessed with a beautiful voice on the choir. I shall miss her, but she's singing on Heaven's choir now, for sure!
