Ms. Amanda Roberson was born February 19, 1959 in Augusta, GA to the parentage of the late Annie Roberson. Living to celebrate 66 years of life, she entered into eternal rest on October 1, 2025, at the East Georgia Medical Center. She was a beloved mother, daughter, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend whose life touched many and whose memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
A Celebration of Life honoring Ms. Amanda Mae Roberson will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the James and Virginia Davis Chapel, 727 Beech Street, Louisville, Georgia. Interment will be held in the Pineola Church of God Cemetery, Farm Street, Wadley, GA.
Public viewing will be held Friday, October 10, 2025 from 3:00 – 6:00 P.M. at Davis Funeral Home.
Ms. Robinson was preceded in death by her loving mother, Annie Roberson; her sisters, Jeanette Green and Kallie Williams; her brother, Roy Lee Williams; her daughter, Carlette Robinson; and one grandchild.
She will be lovingly remembered by her devoted daughters: Roaslyn Robinson of Wadley, GA, and Sandrea Robinson of Statesboro, GA; an aunt/mother that reared her as her very own: Dorothy Robinson Williams, Wadley, GA; her sisters, Barbara Rasheed, Evelyn Williams, Leona Hickson, Betty Jean Williams, and Linda Williams Johnson, all of Wadley, GA, and Cathy Williams Jackson of Tennille, GA; her brothers: Willie Roger Williams of Wadley, GA, and Charles Williams of Boston, MA; her cherished grandchildren, Jacquez Robinson of Statesboro, GA, Chalayshia Robinson of Wadley, GA, Ja’Tavious Robinson of Statesboro, GA, Victoria Sutton of Statesboro, GA, LaVondra Danford of Statesboro, GA, and Jo’Alyn Robinson of Wadley, GA; and her beloved great-grandchildren, Rhyana Robinson of Wadley, GA, Rumani Sutton of Statesboro, GA, and Ja’layah Robinson of Wadley, GA. She is also fondly remembered by her special friend, Major Williams.
To honor her life and love, Jacquez Robinson, Ja’Tavious Robinson, LaVondra Danford, Jo’Alyn Robinson, Chalayshia Robinson, and Victoria Sutton will serve as pallbearers.
Davis Funeral Home of 725 Beech Street, Louisville, Georgia, is in charge of the arrangements for Ms. Amanda Mae Robinson.
