Mrs. Bernestine Laverne Brown Reynolds, Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, Louisville, GA departed this life Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at her residence. Funeral Services will be Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 2:00 at Faith Memorial C.M.E Church, Wadley, GA. Interment will be held in Ebenezer C.M.E Cemetery, Bartow, GA. Public viewing will be held Friday from 3:00 to 7:00 P.M. "Polly" as she was lovingly called was a native of Bartow, GA born to the parentage of the late Ulysses Swinney and Jennie Lee Brown. At a very early age she joined the Ebenezer C.M.E Church where she served faithfully until her demise. She was united in Holy Matrimony to the now late Cecil R. Reynolds, Sr. who preceded her in death November 9, 2020. Survivors include her children, Christopher L. (Latoya) Reynolds, Louisville, GA, Sonitra Brown,, Martinez, GA, Cornelius (Sheniqua) Reynolds, Conyers, GA, Cecil (Latoria) Reynolds, Jr, Louisville, GA; A nephew that he reared as her own, Keon Brown; brothers, Willie C. Brown, Lansing, Illinois, Howard Flournoy, Louisville, GA, Perry A. (Tara) Flournoy, Ft. Mitchell, Alabama, Annie B. Brown, Keysville, GA, Gloria Washington, Lansing, Illinois, Wanda Jones, Jacksonville, Florida; 13 grandchildren, Kamilah S. Hickson, Dekadien A. Swint, Demmerio J. Swint, Trequan Reynolds, Corneque Reynolds, Markembe Holt, Cornelius A. Reynolds, Cortavious A. Reynolds, Na’Kayla Vaughner, C’Zayvien Reynolds, Jalen Reynolds, Christopher M. Reynolds, Jr. , Kaitlyn Reynolds; five great grandchildren; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Eddie (Joyce) Reynolds, Jacksonville, FL, Walter (Brenda) Reynolds, Bartow, GA, Willie Frank Reynolds, Davisboro, GA, Effie Poole, Tennille, GA, Grace Reynolds, Jeanette Reynolds, Annette Reynolds, and Barbara Ann (Earnest) Brown, Sandersville, GA, Lorraine Raynolds; Aunts, Mary Brown Bell, Eunice Devero, Louisville, GA, Rosa Mae Brown, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
Bernestine was my best friend in high school and my cousin we were inseparable i will truly miss my friend and cousin
