Mr. Howard Hudson, Sr. 76 years old was a God fearing man who never murmured nor complained. He endured sickness and life as a soldier. Howard was a member of the Heart of Jesus Church, under the leadership of Apostle Sabrina Lewis. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at Kingdom Life Fellowship Ministries. Interment will be held at Brinson Baptist Church Cemetery, Public viewing will be held Friday, September 16, 2022 from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Davis Funeral Home, 725 Beech Street, Louisville, GA Mr. Hudson was born in Jefferson County, Georgia to the late Mr. Charlie Hudson, Sr. and Mrs. Vallie Mae Worthen Brown. Howard was employed at Fulghum Industries for many years. He was a very independent soldier who loved his family and made many sacrifices. Howard also loved listening to gospel music and the Word of God. Howard loved Apostle Sabrina Lewis and his church family. Mr. Hudson is preceded in death by his parents; a daughter and a great granddaughter, Ms. Melani Braddy; five brothers, Walter Brown, Bobby Brown, Rufus Brown, Sr., Ray Brown and Charlie Hudson, Sr. ; three sisters, Bernice Bostic, Louise Brown and Mildred Thompson. Howard Hudson memories and legacy will forever live in the hearts of his devoted wife of 53 years, Mrs. Verda Mae Hudson, Wadley, GA three daughters, Eliza (Perry) Brayboy, Midville, GA, Stephanie Hudson and Delois Hudson, both of Wadley, GA; three sons, Eddie (Shericka) Hudson, Howard (Wendy) Hudson, Jr., both of Wadley, GA and Walter (Evonne) Hudson, Louisville, GA; nine grandchildren, Perry Brayboy, Jr., Latravious Hudson, Jarquavious Brayboy, LaDarrius Hudson, Shonteria Hudson, Rahkell Hudson, Erin Hudson, Eddie Hudson, Jr., and Dontavious Braddy, all of Wadley, GA; three great grandchildren, Paisley and Payton Brayboy, Louisville, GA and Marianna Hudson, Swainsboro, GA; two extended grandchildren, Virginia Brayboy and William (Jalynn) Mack, both of Swainsboro, GA; four extended great grandchildren, Damariona, Korbin, Josiah, and Kason Brayboy, all of Swainsboro, GA; one sister, Eliza May, Dothan, AL; two brothers-in-law, Edward Bell and Pughsley (Classie) Bell, Jr., Wadley, GA; two sister-in-law, Maxine Brown and Gracie Sampson, Wadley, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
