Jeff worked for our company PhilCo which was later changed to Black Sheep. We mostly hauld Frack sand in the oil fields all around the United States. Jeff was a loyal friend and an asset to our company. He believed a man was no better than his word. Several times he told me we had to do XYZ for some other company because we told them we would. He said we have to keep our word. Jeff was honest and like family. We will miss him very much. Matthew Phillips
We are saddened by this news. Jeff was a loyal and dependable employee when he drove for Philco LL in North Dakota. He was our favorite driver as his record keeping abd handwriting were impeccable. He occasionally took us out for lunch and we enjoyed his company. We proudly took him to church with us once or twice in Idaho. When we discontinued Philco we were sorry to lose him. He wanted to farm and we would have gladly kept him had we been able. Annalee Phillips wife of Matt Phillips
His influence will still be with us even though he has gone on to be with God. Our condolences to rest of the family and may God grant us all peace and comfort in knowing that he is home.
