Ms. Tamika “Mika” Nicole Blair was born on July 22, 1982, to the parentage of Otis Blair Jr. and Dorothy Jean Harmon Blair. She transitioned peacefully on January 18, 2026, at her home in Stapleton, Georgia, following a courageous battle with cancer.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Eden Baptist Church, located at 3525 Hwy 17 South, Louisville, Georgia 30434. Interment will follow at Jones Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, located at 5064 Highway 1 North, Louisville, Georgia 30434.
Mika was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at The Place on Deans Bridge until her health declined. A natural caregiver, she had a genuine love for serving others—especially elders and children. Her daughters were her pride and joy, and she devoted herself wholeheartedly to being a loving mother. Known as the life of the party, Mika brought joy wherever she went. She was truly the glue of her family, the one who held everyone together with love, strength, and compassion.
Mika was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bethene Hill, Otis Blair Sr., Johnny Gibbons, and James and Beatrice Tremble
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Keith Walker; her daughters, Charstaja Mona’e Mills, Quindaja Makayla Washington, and Kaitlyn Mariyah Washington, all of Stapleton, Georgia; her parents, Otis (Bernice) Blair Jr. of North Augusta, South Carolina, and Dorothy Jean Harmon Blair of Duncan, South Carolina; her grandmother, Mamie Harmon of Louisville, Georgia.
She is also survived by her siblings: Shalonda Camelia Blair of Wellford, South Carolina; Lavelton Demon Jackson of Duncan, South Carolina; Lashonda (Tyrone) Bell of Grovetown, Georgia; Bestie Harris of Charleston, South Carolina; Sammie Kelly of Augusta, Georgia; Tavares Clark of Hephzibah, Georgia; Daylyn Williams of Augusta, Georgia; and her god-sister, Stacy Roberts of Atlanta, Georgia.
Her memory will also be cherished by her aunts: Anne Harmon and Vanessa Cunningham, both of Augusta, Georgia; Debbie (Leroy) Ruff of Louisville, Georgia; Tammie (David) Nelson of Atlanta, Georgia; Janice Jordan of Wrens, Georgia; Dorothy (Handy) Tennyson of Louisville, Georgia, Dorothy Tremble of Louisville, Georgia and Valerie(Terries) Peeples of Waynesboro, Georgia.
She leaves behind her uncles: Willie J. Harmon of Augusta, Georgia; Eli Ray (Nancy) Harmon of Augusta, Georgia; Nelson Harrison of Louisville, Georgia; Willie James (Ann) Hills of Atlanta, Georgia; Joe (Natashia) Hills of North Augusta, South Carolina; Freddie (Burine) Hill of Louisville, Georgia; Roger Lee (Lottie) Jordan and Robert (Rosa) Jordan, both of Wrens, Georgia; Milton Thomas (Mary) Tremble, Jessie (Denise) Tremble, and James Otis (Carolyn) Tremble, Jessie Lewis (Denise) Tremble, Tommie (April) Mack, all of Louisville, Georgia and, Garvin (Rosemary) Brown of Wrens, Georgia.
Additional survivors include her great-aunt, Edith (Aaron) Brighams of Wadley, Georgia; her niece, Amyra Jackson of Waynesboro, Georgia; her nephew, Andreous Fernandez of Wellford, South Carolina; her godmother, Bonnie Hilton of Louisville, Georgia; her godson, Loyal Brown of Greenville, South Carolina; her godbrothers, Issac Thompson of Louisville, Georgia and Tyrone Thompson of Locus Grove, Georgia and a host of cousins, extended family members, and dear friends..
