Willie Bell Harmon Wilcher was born May 10, 1948 in Jefferson County to the late Vonnie Jackson Harmon and Mr. Eugene Bostic.
Celebration of life will be held Saturday, December 28, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at Old Bethel Baptist Church, 1900 Baldee Road, Bartow, GA. Interment will be held in Old Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
Public viewing will be held Friday, December 27, 2024 at Davis Funeral Home.
She was educated in the Jefferson County Educational System and at a very early age she joined the Old Bethel Baptist Church at an early age where she sung in the choir for many years. She will be remembered as being a child at heart and having a heart of gold. She was full of energy and devoted most of it to her family. Her pleasant personality was contagious to everyone she met. Ultimately, she had an uncanny ability to find happiness in her daily activities, whether it was at work or spending time with her family and friends.
She was employed at the Glendale Nursing Home for over 40 years where she retired in 2022.
With the love of her family, she made her transition from labor to reward, on December 19, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Theodore Wilcher, her siblings, Orbey Harmon Sr, Freddie Lee Williams, David Bostic, Freddie Bostic, Estella Jordan and Mary Bostic and one grandson, Gerry Harmon Jr.

(Phyllis) Wilcher, Wadley, GA and Charise (Steve) Curry, Statesboro, GA; her brothers and wives: Willie Harmon of Youngstown, OH, John (Linda) Harmon, Statesboro, GA and Ronnie (Annie) Harmon and Daniel Bostic both of Wadley, GA. Harvey Bostic (Dollie) of Gainesville, FL, Daniel Bostic of Hartsfield, CT; sisters and their husband: Ola Mae Williams, Swainsboro, GA, Johnnie Bostic, Louisville, GA Jeanie (Homer) Hall, Julia Bostic both of Louisville, GA, Annie Bostic (James) and Martha Bostic (Jerome) both of Jacksonville, FL.; eight grandchildren: Gerry Harmon III, Gerald Harmon, Cardarius Palmer, Keynote Carlye, Garrielle Harmon, Destiny Wilcher, Frederick Wilcher, and Sirkoven Williams; great grandchildren: Rayden Cobb and Gia Harmon, Statesboro, GA, Khylee Nelson, Louisville, GA and Gerry Harmon, III, Augusta, GA; additional brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Betty Williams, Wadley, GA, Ruthie (Bishop Allen, III) Cody, Rufus Wilcher, Fate Roger (Paula) Wilcher, Jacksonville, FL; A host of great grands, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives, family and friends.
Family will receive friends at the residence of 108 Evans Street, Wadley Georgia, on Thursday and Friday from 3:00-7:00 PM.
