Obituary For Baskin "Jimmy" Colbert
Homegoing Services for Mr. Baskin "Jimmy" Colbert, of Stone Mountain, GA., will be held Friday, March 13, 2026, 1:00 P.M. at The Chapel of Donald Trimble Mortuary. Elder Terrance Maeberry, Officiating, Eulogist. Interment, Lawnwood Memorial Park, Covington, Georgia. A viewing will be Thursday at the mortuary from 12:00 NOON until 8:00 P.M.
He is survived by his two sons, Gregory (Sandra) Colbert and Anthony Colbert; his in-laws, Gloria Starr, Rosie L. Craig, Roger Starr (Angela), Thelma Nolley (Ray), Willie Starr (Evonne); his grandchildren, Joshua and Jennifer Colbert; and a host of other nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the residence at 12:00 NOON.
