Dr. Maxine Waddell, Pastor of Antioch Baptist Christian Church, Officiating, Reverend Natalie G. Askew, Eulogist. Interment, South-View Cemetery, Atlanta, GA. A Public Viewing and Visitation will be held at the mortuary Wednesday, 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
Mrs. Gavins leaves to cherish her memories, 1 daughter, Sonya Gavins; 1 son, Gary Gavins; 6 grandsons, Evan, Dominique, Chris, Terrance, Rico, Gary; 1 granddaughter, Ashley; 4 great grandsons, Dominique, Jr., Gary, III, Darian, Sir Deon Gimillion; 5 great granddaughters, Sanai, Phenixx, Rose Raya, Bernice, Mia Gabriel; as well as a host of other relatives and close family friends. I have the family in my prayers for comfort and strength that only God and the Holy Spirit can give. I remember you all they your grand father Deacon Claude Gavins. Gary Gerico, Ashley, and others. Terrance all use to be in the Sumbeam Choir. Your grandmother dad use to bring u all to Sunday School and Church. You all were the apple of his eye. My condolences to my cousins as they morn their mother. I remember Aunt Tip always being excited to come to NC to visit her brother Chick and Doris. I loved watching her, g Granddad, and their sisters together. RIP Aunt Tip
