A Celebration of Life for Ms. Bessie L. Rogers, Queen of the Organ* the Master of Eighty Eight Keys, of Decatur, GA., will be held Saturday, September 20, 2025, 12:00 Noon, at The Greater Piney Grove Baptist Church, 1879 Glenwood Avenue, SE, Atlanta, GA, 30316, Dr. William E. Flippin, Sr., Pastor; Pastor Yves T. Mckenzie, Presiding; and Bishop Kenyatta Arnette, Eulogist. The body will lie in repose at the church beginning at 11:00 AM until the hour of service. Interment, Lincoln Memorial Garden, 2276 Joseph E. Boone, NW, Atlanta, GA, 30314.

Public viewing will be held at the mortuary Friday, 11:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. Family visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.

Ms. Rogers is survived by, Kenneth J. Lowe, Nephew; Katie Barnes & Dianna Barnes-Langston, Nieces; Enoch Gear, Brother; several godchildren, special friends, cousins, other relative and friends. Family and friends will assemble at the home of Mrs. Dianna Barnes-Langston, at 11:00 A.M.
