Auntie/Ma you are truly missed already after 30 years of God allowing us to walk a journey of you Not only being my Aunt that became a Mother and more importantly a friend that truly stuck closer then a brother. Ma you were one that truly Loved the Lord and everyone you came in contact with Jesus was very named that was spoken about and his goodness. I'm going to cherish all of the times we spent together throughout the yrs of the high and lows of life no matter where we were in life you always push me back to God. It's so many things I could say. Ma Auntie and Friend this is who you were to me you are one that spoke the breath of God (life) in to many of us that was apart of your life not only being breath God used as a comforter that operated out of Love. You love shall live on in and through us all that was genuinely touched by you.
Ms. Catherine, My heart is broken to learn of your passing. You were more than a friend — you were a true sister-friend to my mother. From my earliest years, you were the first example I ever saw of genuine friendship and sisterhood. You stood in the gap for my mother and uplifted her when she needed it most, and I will always cherish those memories.
I strive to model my own friendships after the love and loyalty you showed. You always spoke with such a meek, gentle tone — always in love. There's no doubt in my heart that you were one of God's favorites. Your faithfulness and deep love for God were evident in everything you did.
You were truly an angel on earth... and now, a guardian angel in heaven.
With love and deep gratitude, ~Shanebrae
After 35 years of a true spiritual sister bond there are no words when God calls one of them home....( My sister Catherine). Our times that we prayed & studied together, true treasureable memories... If there was ever someone who stood in Strength & in Power it was you. You walked with a certain sense of class & presence about you at all times..... Truly a Woman of God.. I can't express how much you will truly be missed by any & everyone who knew you... I will for sure hold and treasure all the memories & genuine love in my heart always. Be at peace my dear sister and take your rest... I love you always... Darlene H.Mills
Auntie Cathy, you are the eptiome of a woman of God. You stood in the gap for me when I couldn't stand for myself. I will miss our special moments together. You taught me how to trust God and stand on business. Although I have known you all my life, the last 15 years will always be special to me. I love you and I will truly miss you. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
To my grandmother, I will always love you for the unconditional love you've shown throughout my life. Forever blessed to have you and your life lessons in my corner! Thank you for everything!! You will live on forever! I love you!
Losing you has left an ache in my heart that words can scarcely express. She was a wonderful soul, radiant both inside and out. Her kindness, wisdom, and unwavering faith left a lasting mark on everyone who knew her, especially me. As a spiritual guide and a mentor, she helped shape who I am today. Her prayers, counsel, and quiet strength walked me through so many seasons of life. I am forever changed because of her love and example. Though she is no longer here with us, her light lives on in my heart.
I met you at South Dekalb Mall in 2008 and my life was changed forever. You truly blessed every person's life you touched. Than I was blessed to work with you at South Lake for Interparfums and what a gift you were to the team. I will forever carry you in my heart. I know you are with Jesus. Rest in Peace my sister and friend. I love you. May the Lord comfort your family. Deborah
