My condolences to the family of Ms. Chrisandra Payton. You were in the rehab facility with my nana Jessie Smith outside of LaGrange. I'm blessed that you were friends with my Nana and you sent letters of encouragement and text messages. You are truly missed and I know to be absent of the body means you are in the presence of the Lord.
My condolence to my dear friend who I transported for 4 and 1/2 years and I just seen the obituary I have been thinking about you and trying to call but I didn't get an answer. So I started to ask around. Now,I know that you have your wings and I'm so happy for you no more pains no more suffering thank you God for this wonderful blessed amazing person, now our mission on Earth have ended, but I know God has an another assignment for you. With your wonderful spirit carrying heart, I am going to miss you Rhonda always will love you. The candle that I might choose is white because you always had on white and it symbolize purity and we always talk about the Lord thank you for being a wonderful inspirational friend to me while I transported you and Rhonda Adams
Though these words come after her passing, I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to all who took the time to honor Chris during her Homegoing Ceremony on September 9th, 2023.
Though Chris is no longer with us physically, she remains with us spiritually and will be in our hearts forevermore.
Chris' life was full of love. She was a wonderful, caring and supportive mother. She offered the best for her son and was mindful of his earthly and spiritual needs. She was a loving child who was adored by her parents and she offered a motherly sense of guidance to her siblings throughout her life.
More importantly, Chris' relationship with the Lord was strong! There was no time in her life that she was not aware of God's presence. In times of adversity as well as times of great joy, she remained a faithful child of his.
Chris' passing is no surprise to God. She fulfilled the duties he required of her, therefore he called her home.
Her journey on this earth is done, but what she left behind is still a work in progress as she desired us all to have an intimate relationship with the Lord. That we continue our lives looking to embrace God's will and do what is necessary to secure our place in his kingdom as she has.
So it is with a sincere heart that I Thank each of you for the outpouring of love; for the words of encouragement but most of all for sharing your hearts with us during of time of bereavement.
To my sister Chris, you are always and forever loved! You are in my heart - always!
Your baby sister.
