Homegoing Services for Mr. Derrick R. Johnson, of Stone Mountain, GA., will be held Saturday, February 7, 2026, 1:00 P.M. at Crown of Glory International, 2007 Second Avenue, Decatur, GA., with remains placed in repose at 12:00 NOON. Bishop G.T. Lewis, Pastor, Officiating. Public Viewing and Viewing will be held at the mortuary Friday, 12:00 NOON until 7:00 P.M. Interment, Good Hope A.M.E. Church, 151 Good Hope Church Rd., Blakely, GA.
Mr. Johnson leaves to cherish his memories, father, Eulie Johnson; brother, Dexter Johnson; sister in-law, Vivian Johnson; 2 nephews, Craig Brinsom, Jamal Johnson; and a host of other relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the residence Saturday, at 12:00 NOON.

Derrick will always be remembered by me as a gentle giant. He was a wonderful guy who never had much to say, but when he spoke his words spoke volumes. As the lead CSR in my work group, Derrick was always dedicated, determined and dependable and graciously assisted everyone who needed help or guidance without hesitation. He will always hold a place in my heart.
