Diane H. Jackson

I met Diane this past January, sharing the same dining table on a Holland America cruise in the Caribbean,. We immediately hit it off, finding so many life-similarities we decided we were friends separated at birth! She called me in Oct., wondering if cruise travel would open up in 2021. When I didn't get a response to my holiday card,I started searching for her. While deeply saddened, I definitely know she's in Heaven smiling down at me, her twin. Condolences to all. Diane was an Angel. She always had kind words and a smile. She didn't meet a stranger. She will truly be missed here on Earth, but will be spreading Angel dust in Heaven. RIH-Diane

I met Diane (aka) Lady D, the D also stands for Diva through her beloved friend Niddy. We traveled together to the Virgin Islands and to Mexico in June of 2018 and March of 2019. I am so saddened of the loss of Lady DJ is what I called her. She was such a beautiful person both inside and out. We became close colleagues and friends at Southwest DeKalb High School as she was always so encouraging, motivating and supportive of me. I will always & forever REMEMBER her sweet smile and encouraging voice. She will never be forgotten. Diane, my friend of 60 years. We met in the second grade and have been friends since then. I saw her last year at her house - we haven't seen much of each other lately but, we talked on the phone every week to ensure that the other was ok.
