Homegoing Services for Mr. Donald Battle, of Jonesboro, GA., will be held Monday, February 17, 2025, 12:00 NOON at The Chapel of Donald Trimble Mortuary. Interment, Dawn Memorial Park, Decatur, GA.

Mr. Donald Battle was born on October 9, 1951 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Fredrick and Mable Battle. Donald who is affectionally known as "Don" was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Battle and brother, Gary Battle. Don grew up up in the Atlanta Metro area and graduated from from Henry McNeal Turner High School and furthered his education at Atlanta Area Technical School where he received his Associates Degree. Donald was employed several years at Alberto Culver Company. He later joined the family business and became an employee under his father, Fredrick Battle; The Battle, Interior and Exterior Decorator Company. Don finished his career with V's Painting Company. Mr. Donald Battle, affectionately known as Don, had a rich life and a strong connection to his community and family. His journey, from growing up in Atlanta and earning his degree at Atlanta Area Technical School to working with both a family business and his final role at V's Painting Company, paints a picture of dedication and hard work. His love for fishing and quality time with loved ones speaks to his appreciation for life's simple pleasures.

Mr. Battle leaves to cherish his memories, Jeanette Battle, Dorothy Francis, Sylvia Thomas, Gail Bailey (Charles); and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the residence of his sister Monday, at 11:00 A.M.
