Homegoing Services for Mrs. Dorothy Annette Rogers of Stone Mountain will be held Thursday June 5, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at Fairfield Baptist Church, 6133 Redan Road, with Reverend Dr. Eric George Vickers, Sr. Senior Pastor and Pastor Emeritus, Reverend Dr. Micheal Benton Officiating Minister. Interment will be at Lawnwood Memorial Park, 1111 Access Rd, Covington, GA 30014. The family will receive family and friends at the mortuary, Wednesday, June 4th from 6:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M.

To the family of Annette, I am so very sorry for your loss. Annette was my friend, as she often said, my play mother. She has always been there for me and I will always love her for that. Stanley you had a wonderful & caring mother, thank you for sharing her with us. I am going to miss her so much. The last thing she said to me was call me back when you are not so busy, I love you Grace, tell your sister I said hello. Annette is with Jesus now, that constant pain is no more. She can finally rest in peace. She will forever live in my heart.
My friend for over 50 years, even though we lived hundreds of miles apart, we never lost touch. I am so happy that I was able to see and talk to you just 2 days before you transitioned. You will be truly missed.
