Reverend Richard Flippin, Officiating, Eulogist. Interment, Resthaven Gardens of Memory, Decatur, GA. Public Viewing and Visitation will be held at the mortuary Wednesday, 12:00 NOON until 7:00 P.M.
He leaves to cherish his memories, wife, Dyline Billingsley; his children, Janetta Billingsley, Shenika Billingsley, Stephanie Monfort, Coby Gaston, Denecia Parker, Chantel Mitchell; 3 siblings, Daisy Billingsley, Cynthia Billingsley, Ronnie Billingsley; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Lamar was a kind and thoughtful Man. He loved his family, especially his sisters. He gave unconditionally to extended family and friends. I will miss our meeting in the Garage but mostly I'll miss his Love and presence. Rest well for all your Troubles are no longe....RIP my friend!!โค๏ธ
