To Judy Westbrook and the children of former Officer Fred Westbrook. I just found out today about Fred's passing, so it is with deep sorrow that I missed the viewing and streaming service however I am grateful that I can extend my condolences to the family. Officer Westbrook served the MARTA Police Department with professionalism and dedication after arriving in Atlanta from NY. I was one of his Field Training Officers and I knew him as a quiet and kind person. Rest In Peace Officer Westbrook. Thank you for your service. May God give strength and peace to the family.
