Graveside Services for Ms. Hazel Randall Scroggins, will be held Friday, September 18, 2020, 11:00 A.M. at Clifton United Methodist Church Cemetery, 2918 Clifton Church Rd. Atlanta, GA. A Visitation will be held Thursday, September 17, 2020, 12:00 NOON to 7:00 P.M. at the mortuary. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the residence at 10:00 A.M. She lived a life for Christ in all she did which was always inspiring for me as a child and even into my adulthood. Heaven is certainly brighter with her entering in there. My deepest condolences to the family.
