Funeral Services for Mr. James Barden, will be held Saturday, March 28, 2026, 1:00 P.M. at New Hope Cathedral, 1738 Fairview Rd., Stockbridge, GA., with remains placed in repose at 12:00 NOON. Bishop Leaphart, Pastor, Eulogist. Interment, Kennedy Memorial Gardens, Ellenwood, GA. Public Viewing and Visitation will be held at the mortuary Friday, 12:00 NOON until 7:30 P.M.

He leaves to cherish his memories, 1 daughter, Tomeka Barden; his grandchildren, his mother, Mary S. Barden; 4 siblings, Juanita Barden, Lisa Milline, Charlie L. Barden, Larry Barden; nieces, Tamaria Stokes, Chisandra Gray, Jasmine Barden, Shaneka Barden; nephews, Lamont Henderson, Jarmelle Henderson, Larry Chad Barden, Eric Barden, Cory Barden, Toney Alexander, Vantez Alexander, Quint Lake; 2 aunts, Caroline Copeland, Joanne Clark-Smith; 3 uncles, Lorenzo Curry, Reginald Barden, Bubber Lee Cummings; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
