Celebration of Life Service
A Celebration of Life honoring the beautiful life and cherished memory of Mr. Jerry Flint will be held on Friday, November 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Beulah Missionary Baptist Church, 2340 Clifton Springs Road, Decatur, with remains placed instate at 10:00 AM, Reverend Dr. Jerry B. Black, Pastor/Eulogist. Interment Washington Memorial Park, Decatur.
Jerry leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Tonjela (Stanford); former spouse, Hope P. Flint; grandchildren, Bobby and Tia; siblings, Mary Lee Jacobs and Robert (Cynthia) Flint; brothers-in-law, John Hollis and Nelson (Carol) Pounds; sister-in-law, Rose Pounds; and a host of family and friends.
Jerry will be remembered for his beautiful spirit, his warmth toward others, and the joy he brought to those fortunate enough to know and love him.
Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church on the day of the service at 10:30 AM.

My prayers to the Flint Family! May God comfort and bring peace during this time and beyond. Mr. Jerry lived his best life on this side and was full of joy and laughter. A man of few words as I recall, but you listened when he spoke. To my kindergarten friend and neighbor, Tongela know that your dad is in a better place and you've done well as a daughter.

My deepest sympathy goes out to the Flint family. My family has known this family since we both lived in Edgewood. Jerry and my brother Bob were school mates and close friends. He will be missed.
