You were not just a friend, you were my uncle; you were part of my reason to be proudly part of the Stephens. Though we cannot see you or meet you, you will always stay alive and smiling in our memories and hearts. May your soul rest in peace. I can forget everything, but I can never forget you, uncle. Mr. Joe, was always kind to me. He lived in the same building as my mother. Sometimes He would sit on the bench upon entering the building to rest a minute. To Mr. Joe's family, I am sorry for your loss at this time. Please take comfort in 2 Corinthians 1:3, 4: "...the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God." Ethel Jenkins
