Funeral Services for Mr. Joseph Hand, of Decatur, will be held Saturday, September 14, 2024, 12:00 NOON at Mt. Carmel A.M.E. Church, 1140 Henry Thomas Dr., Atlanta, GA., with remains placed in repose at 11:00 A.M. Reverend Dr. Reginald Cleaver, Officiating, Eulogist. Interment, Greenwood Cemetery, Atlanta, GA. Public Viewing and Visitation will be held at the mortuary Friday, September 13, 2024, with the family receiving friends from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.
Mr. Hand leaves to cherish his memories, 1 daughter, Tara Hand; his grandchildren, Kianna Hand, Steven Avant, Jr.; his 2 great grandchildren, Cayla Eddington, A'Niyah Avant; and a host of other loving relatives, extended family, and close friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church Saturday, at 11:30 A.M.
