Celebration of Life Services for Ms. Luceal H. Mitchell, of Decatur, will be held Saturday, November 2, 2024, 11:00 A.M. at Israel Missionary Baptist Church, 2071 Hosea L. Williams Dr., Atlanta, GA., with remains placed in repose at 10:00 A.M. Dr. Christopher Campbell, Pastor, Minister Elliott C. Glasgow, Officiating. Interment, Resthaven Gardens of Memory, Decatur, GA.

Ms. Mitchell leaves to cherish her memories, 4 sons, Walter Mitchell (Charlene), Howard Mitchell, Gregory Mitchell, Timothy Mitchell; 4 daughters, Deborah Bailey, Brenda Bitjoka, Regina Mitchell, Sheila Ingram; 1 sister, Ammie Smith, of FL.; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church Saturday, at 10:30 A.M.
