I would like to introduce myself i was a close friend of Mike's and share all of my condolence to all of his family and friends the news of his passing still effects me to this day because prior to this disturbing news i was trying my best to reach out to him just to check up on him and couldn't get in touch with him on time via social media or anything he was an amazing father,friend,newphew, and uncle filled with great spirit and joy and happiness always had great energy and loved everyone and most definately sports he will forever be missed and remembered and loved the saddest part of it all is that he left to be with the Lord on my mom's 54th birthday which is something i'll never forget i have you all in my prayers that through Christ all of our pain from his absence will be healed....i really miss the laughter and all the updates on the sporting events he would keep me informed on Great Heart, Fun Sprit don't come around often Rest in Heaven "Mike" Love From Myself Zae and My Family

I remember standing in the driveway talking with you about creating an app for parents to track their child's school bus because Amari's bus wasn't on time and you had to drop her off. We laughed and joked that we were going to be rich. I will miss you singing during family karaoke, your smile and your big hug followed by "hey cuz" every time I saw you. Even though I am your cousin through marriage you always made me feel like family. I will smile and think of you every time I hear Shai. I will truly miss you and I pray you are reunited with your beautiful mother and other loved ones who preceded you in transitioning from this world.

I can't believe that you are gone cousin! I literally lost control when mom called me to tell me the news on Thursday. I remember when aunt Gail had you. I remember all the times I used to keep you and your brother, and I remember how much you fought to be able to walk again before Amari was born. There are so many positive memories that I have of you, and I pray that you are in Heaven with your Mom and all the rest of our family members. Love Nica.
