Obituary For Mother Willie Mae Warbington
A Celebration of Life for Mother Willie Mae Warbington of Covington, GA will be held Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at Greater Mount Carmel AME, 4078 Carver Drive, Atlanta 30360. The body will lie in repose at the church beginning at 10:00 AM until the hour of service. Interment will follow at Washington Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends Friday at the mortuary from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
Family and friends will assemble at the home Saturday at 9:00 A.M.

I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Mother Warbington. What an incredible blessing it was to have known her and shared time as neighbors. She lived such a full and remarkable life, and I will always remember her sweetness, patience, and kindness.
She truly was a light in the community—always gracious and caring, with a gentle spirit that made everyone feel welcome. Reaching 100 years is such a testament to the strength and beauty of her life, and I feel grateful to have been among those who knew her.
