Mr. Franchot Bernard Chappel

I remember him you live right upstairs over my family his father and mother there's a beautiful couple he was a young kid and I got to know him was a good kid and she grew up we were encouraging if you would listen to him that's a young man you love people she was very outspoken you ever talk with him you would really love him and his ideas and his ways of living he was smartest and your friend and your classmate you also was a child of God he's gone home to the father you're the best hands yet Allstate couldn't even be father been waiting for him to come home whatever went wrong you still live today cuz she's a real today and everything I pray for the family and mother father with you with you good to see his wife and his children the Lord will take care of them as you pass through the Great Wall 11 to life your life will go still have a duty and God has been waiting on someone like you to feel your spot and get your job you get it done I'm going to miss you bro is that bad I miss you honey over the years but you are in a better place now you don't even have a choice anymore you're with the father you're the best place there anyone can be you're taking care of it and no more sexy no more death have you had to do the Great Wall having been waiting for you the job that you've done it here on Earth you're where we are going to death do your job there just as well as you did here on Earth love you I'm definitely miss you your Life goes on God will take care of your family no more words she has no more care you're free if I only have wings over there I will fly away and be free it doesn't like a free spirit and that is what you got now your job I've been waiting on you I was waiting on others to hear that spot w a magician of the beach I've been meaning that gone before you and remember to go after you but we're all going and pray that we all get the opportunity that you have you made it through the transmission but you never cuz I made it without God in your life well done my brother we will see you soon you made it enjoy your new life and glory to be with you you got your wings and you better not answer to fight the battle victory that's how many won, God bless you my brother and I thank you Lord for the opportunity to get there opportunity to meet someone like you we'll see each other again in Jesus name amen and hallelujah!!!!!🙏🏾💙🫂🕊️🎆🎈🌄😉.

I was so sorry to read about the passing of Franchot Bernard. He lived in the same apartment complex as my family. 1141 Seaboard Ave. He lived in apartment #8 and we lived in apt. #5 long ago. His Dad Jeremiah and his Mom who we called Bootsy were not only neighbors but our friends too. The last time I saw Franchot was on Memorial Dr near Hill St at a gas station with construction clothes on coming from work. He always had that beautiful smile on his face. He will truly be missed. We first met in 1972 at The Fulton Boys Club, then classmate at Bass High School c/o 82. Every time we saw each other we were greeted with a smile and a hug. On behalf of William A. Mr. Franchot this is so hard for me. I wanted so bad to help you and be that rock for you. I had just talked to you and you sounded so good and so positive. I don't know where the turn took and it crushed me. To your family we loved him so much at 488. He was our baby even though he was older. I will pray for your strength and that he watches over you. Love him and miss him already.
