**In Loving Memory of Aunt Ola Mae Jones**
We gather our hearts in mourning and celebration for the life of a remarkable woman—Aunt Ola Mae Jones. To say she was a great aunt would be an understatement—she was like a second mother to me. Her spirit was warm, loving, and beautifully nonjudgmental. Aunt Ola never passed judgment on anyone; instead, she offered love, understanding, and the kind of wisdom only a rare soul could give.
She was the life of every gathering, the glue that held us together, and the gentle strength that kept us in line when we needed it most. Her voice, her presence, and that radiant smile of hers brought light into every room. My mother Gertrude, my brothers Duane and Ronnie, and I will deeply miss her. She leaves behind a space that no one else could ever fill.
Aunt Ola was down-to-earth, with a heart so big it seemed to hold all of us inside it. Her love was unmatched, her care unconditional. We take comfort in knowing she has transitioned to another life and world, one where peace, rest, and God's eternal grace await her.
The Queen of Mothers has left this earthly realm to begin her new journey with God. But love—real, deep love—is never withheld from our hearts. It remains, always, as a living memory of who she was and what she gave us. And one day, we will meet again—with open arms, joyful hearts, and everlasting love.
We send warm, heavenly hugs to Tom, Tawanna, Pooh-Man, Richard, and Kyonna. May Auntie love continue to guide and comfort each of you...............
**A Poem for Aunt Ola**
You walked with grace through every day, With love so deep, in your own way. You held us close, you made us whole, A gentle heart, a guiding soul.
No judgment cast, just arms so wide, A light of love you did not hide. Though now you've soared beyond the skies, Your spirit lives, it never dies.
We'll meet again, when time is right, Beyond the stars, beyond the night. Until that day, we hold you near, In every smile, in every tear.
Condolences to the family and many blessings as you grieve the lost of your loving Mother.
I'd like to send my deepest condolences to the entire Jones family. Mama Ola will be missed, she always treated me like a son and I'm sad that she had to leave so soon. Love always Vince.
To The Jones and Gresham Family There is no doubt that God is with you! May He forever comfort you all and keep you close throughout this journey. Shockey has earned and gained her wings. Always loved and never to be forgotten! R.I.P., Cuz.
Mrs. Ola will be greatly missed at Fresenius, her singing, telling us she's ready to go and eat tilaopia fish, mac and cheese, and potato salad, and talking about Tubby. It was an honor to have as a patient for such a short length of time. Spending peace and comfort to the entire family.
