Homegoing Services for Ms. Patricia Ann Goolsby, of Atlanta, GA., will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2022, 1:00 P.M. at The Chapel of Donald Trimble Mortuary. Elder Terrance Maeberry, Officiating, Eulogist.
Ms. Goolsby leaves to cherish her sons, Kirk Cook (Michelle Weems), Ontario Goolsby (Kendra); stepdaughter, Tia King; sister, Renee Robinson; 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 4 nieces, 3 nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the residence Tuesday, at 12:00 NOON.

I don't think there's a single person that would question if Patricia Goolsby is gone to be with God. She was so sweet, so giving, and so devoted to her family. Pat always showed up. I think she raised me just as much as my mother. She was there at nearly every meaningful event in my life. I thank God for her giving spirit, her guidance, and her joyful personality. I believe her legacy message was for us to have fun, enjoy each day and try to be there for one another, especially when someone needs help the most.
The Pike County Consolidated High Class of 1967 send our condolences to the Goolsby and Cook family. May you find strength and comfort today and in the days to come.
I've known Pat when we started working together at UCB, she was my best work friend and a mentor to me. I'm going to miss her dearly. My condolences to her family and friends.
