Homegoing Services for Mrs. Phyllis Denise Carter, of College Park, GA., will be held Wednesday, September 17, 2025, 11:00 A.M. at Greenforest Community Church, 3250 Rainbow Dr., Decatur, GA., with remains placed in repose at 10:00 A.M. Interment, College Park Cemetery, College Park, GA. Public Viewing and Visitation will be held at the mortuary Tuesday, 12:00 NOON until 8:00 P.M., Omega Omega Services from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
Phyllis leaves behind her loving husband, Keith Prewitt; her cousin, Kanetra Babalola (Husband, Olufemi Babaloa); and other family and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the residence Wednesday, at 10:00 A.M.
