Homegoing Services for our beloved Mr. Ralph Franklin Scott, will be held Saturday, April 22, 2023, 11:00 A.M. at Little Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 315 Fifth Avenue, Decatur, GA. 30030, with his remains placed in repose at 9:30 A.M. The Reverend Dr. Robert S. Welch, Senior Pastor, Officiating, Eulogist. Interment, Hillandale Memorial Gardens, Lithonia, GA.
"Scotty" leaves to cherish his forever memories, his beloved children, daughter, Wanda (Richard) Philadelphia; son, Dexter Scott; one sister in-law, Emma Carr, of Warrenton, GA.; four granddaughters, Sharda’ (Ronnie) Myers, Tramanda Scott, Joi T. Foster; Jenee T. Foster; one niece, Annette White Lord; five great grandsons, and a host of very close family and friends; as well as a devoted and loyal friend of over 60 years, Deacon Homer Lee Tutt. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church Saturday, at 10:30 A.M.
