Howard, of Decatur, GA., will be held Thursday, October 17, 2024, 12:00 NOON at Antioch East Baptist Church, 2352 Old Rex Morrow Rd., Ellenwood, GA., with remains placed in repose at 10:00 A.M. Reverend Michael A. Smith, Pastor, Officiating. Public Viewing and Visitation will be held at the mortuary Wednesday, October 16, 2024, 12:00 NOON until 7:30 P.M.
