Keeping the Akins family in praying. Bob was a fun, loving young man and he always had an inspiring message for you when bowling or in saying hello when he saw you. He had a great relationship with the YABA (Young American Bowling Alliance) youth bowlers. He was known to them as "Uncle Bob" and they respected him always. He will be missed. Know that GOD is with you always even in these circumstances. HE will never leave us alone. May GOD continue to bless the Bob Akins, Jr. family.
My sincerest condolences to the family of Rpbert (Bob) Akins. I remember him well from bowling at Glenwood Lanes. He was so full of life and always said the kindest things to me. He aided my in selecting and drilling my first bowling ball. I will always cherish the chats we shared at both Glenwood and Surburban Lanes. Sending prayers of comfort to you and yours. Much love.
