Homegoing Services for Ms. Ruth Allen, will be held Friday, July 10, 2026, 11:00 A.M. at Maranatha Seventh Day Adventist Church, 2730 Browns Mill, Atlanta, GA., with remains placed in repose at 10:00 A.M. Pastor Daniel Kelley, Officiating, Eulogist. Interment, Washington Memorial Gardens, Decatur, GA.
She leaves to cherish her memories, loving sisters, Bertha Stewart, Agnes Morgan, Alice Neal; goddaughters, Gilda Thompson, Trina Lamar, Patsy Thomas; her cherished high school teammate, Dorothy Collier, of “The Untouchables”; as well as a host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, nextdoor neighbor, Cherly Pratt; church family, other relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the residence Friday, at 10:00 A.M.
