Homegoing Services for Mrs. Sallie M. Colbert, of Stone Mountain, GA, will be held Thursday, October 24, 2024, 11:00 A.M. at The Chapel of Donald Trimble Mortuary. Reverend Mark Seals, Officiating, Eulogist. Interment, Lawnwood Memorial Park, Covington, Georgia.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Baskin (Jimmy); two sons, Gregory (Sandra) Colbert and Anthony Colbert; her siblings, Rosie L. Craig, Roger Starr (Angela), Thelma Nolley (Ray), and Willie Starr (Evonne); her sister-in-law, Gloria Starr; her grandchildren, Joshua and Jennifer Colbert; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the residence at 10:00 A.M.

I did not personally know Mrs. Colbert but I knew her Son Anthony very well. And by knowing Anthony and all of his great attributes, I can only assume that Mrs. Colbert was a WONDERFUL LADY. May the loving memories of her be a blessing to Anthony and the entire Colbert Family.
