Interment, Resthaven Gardens of Memory, Decatur. Sebastian leaves to cherish his memory, 3 children, Deontay Starr, Josiah Williams, Chaz Warren; 1 grandchild, Deontay Starr, Jr.; loving parents, Barron and Willie Williams; 5 sisters, Frankie, Daisy, Yolanda, Jerri, Frondla; 3 brothers, Albert, Ricky, Barron, Jr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives and friends.
