Celebration of Life Services for Ms. Sonya Javerne Thomas, of Decatur, will be held Saturday, December 3, 2022, 11:00 A.M. at First Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, 816 Maynard Terrace, Atlanta, GA., with remains placed in repose at 9:30 A.M. Overseer Victor D. Tate, Pastor, Officiating. The family will receive friends Friday, December 2, 2022, from 7:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the mortuary.

Sonya Jeverne Thomas leaves to cherish her wonderful memory, daughter Kayla Tucker, Son D’Juan Tucker, Mother Bonethia Waller (Tex), Sisters Rebekah Jones (Maurice) and Texlexia Sarjeant (Spencer), Kenita Hall Brothers Amechy Waller, Monty Waller (Lisa), Kevin Waller (Sandy), Paul Mullins (Christy) Grandmother Farris Thomas, Niece Chelsea Sarjeant, Nephew Markell Jones and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Uncles, Aunts and Cousins. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church Saturday, at 10:30 A.M.
