Tawana was a shining star, always so kind and open to being of assistance. I wish you all the best in cherishing the blessing she brought in this life.
She talked about her son and it was very evident how much she loved him. She is a tremendous loss and my heart goes out to her family-Terri

Ms. Hardnett was an amazing mother. I had the pleasure of working at HopeHill ES the school where her son attended. She was dedicated to helping him achieve all goals and she stayed dedicated to his well being. Such a kind soul. I haven't spoken to her in a while but I know that God truly has an angel. My prayers go out to the family especially K'hari.
I remember my cousin TeTe always being there to comfort the family . I can call her to vent about things I was going there and she always answered me. She would give great advice and even help you out . If she didn't know how to help in the moment she would find a way. Im going to miss you beautiful . You will forever be in my heart and I will forever Love You . From your little cousin Nunu .
Dear Ellen and Family, May God bless you as you weather this storm... We are praying for you.

Tee Tee words cannot express this great loss. You were always your mother's baby girl. You will forever be missed and remembered. Rest in Peace Baby girl
Tawana is has been on my side from the 9th grade we have shared the ups and downs of our teens, twenty up to the forty's so I can say she is my sister . I love you T-T aka Tawana
TaWana was such a great co-worker! Always made me smile and laugh (even when venting our frustrations out together over the office copier). I always enjoyed reading her emails on office events; she would go out of her way to add extra emojis and memes to make the announcement special. TaWana worked effortlessly with me on making sure our unit had everything we needed regarding field supplies. Your energy and spirit will be missed...is already missed. ~Siska
Thank you for sharing Tawana with us over at GDOT. She and I met on her first day in the Environmental office. We greeted each other with warmth and enthusiasm and spoke for several minutes. It was always nice to be able to pass by and laugh about work or things happening in life as well as to share with each other when times were tough. We will all be missing her. Sincerely, ~Spencer Pucci~
Although we started as colleagues at work, we became close friends as time went by. I will miss her keen observations and her ability to bring out the best in me. She was always prepared and I trusted her advice (which she provided whether I asked for it or not!). She will be missed at our office and I will always smile when she is in my thoughts. My prayers extend to her family, especially her son, during this time. Eric.
Tawana and I went to school together such a nice and funny young lady. MVHS,SENIOR CAFETERIA was the best time of our life, jokes, pictures and good times.SIH.
TaWana always had a smile on her face and was such a bright spot in our office. I will miss her and the light she brought to all who were blessed to be in her vicinity. My prayers are with her family and friends. -Sandy
TaWana was such a loving coworker and friend - she was always checking up on us in the office and always had a kind word to share. We are devastated to know that she has passed and grieve with her family. Our thoughts are with her son, who we know she loved so very much. - Kaelin

TaWana was my best friend and most of the times she was like a mother to me. In my darkest days she was there. When I made the wrong decision she never looked or talked down on me. She never gave up on me she showed me and learn me thing my own mother didn't she cared for and gave me love that my own family didn't. The biggest part I'm so thankful for is that she help me become back Self-sufficient. I would not be here today if TaWana didn't save my life when I tried to end it all. She was a wonderful person, Friend and mother. I will forever love her and forever be thankful for being a big part of my life and Accomplishment love you so much TaWana love always Quinn
