Homegoing Services for Mrs. Virginia Lazenby, of Atlanta, Georgia, will be held December 19, 2025, 2:00 P.M. at The Greater Piney Grove Baptist Church, 1879 Glenwood Avenue, S.E., Atlanta, GA. 30316, with remains placed in repose at 1:00 P.M. Reverend Dr. William E. Flippin, Sr., Senior Pastor, Pastor Richard Flippin, Officiating. Interment, Dawn Memorial Park, Decatur, GA.
Mrs. Lazenby leaves to cherish her memories, 2 sons, Jesse Lester (Doretha) and Ricky Lazenby (Olivia); one daughter, Betty Lazenby Cooley (Steven); and a host of other relatives and friends. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the residence Friday, at 1:00 P.M.
