Donald Trimble Mortuary, Inc. announces with heartfelt sympathy the passing of Mr. William Howard, of Ellenwood, Georgia. Mr. Howard transitioned peacefully on August 23, 2026, surrounded by the love and presence of his family.
Viewing & Visitation
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Friday, August 28, 2026, from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Donald Trimble Mortuary.
Celebration of Life Service
A Celebration of Life honoring the beautiful life and cherished memory of Mr. William Howard will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Church of Atlanta Lighthouse, 1380 Boulevard SE, Atlanta, Georgia 30315, with remains places instate at 10:00 AM, Bishop Timothy McKibbins, Pastor/Eulogist. Interment Kennedy Cemetery.
Mr. Howard leaves to cherish his memory, loving and devoted daughter, Kimberly (R. C. Tony) Hughes; daughter-in-love, Tapika Howard; grandchildren, Robert Hughes, Keturah Howard, Khloe Hughes, and Amariah Howard; siblings, Sarah Stephens, Harold Howard, and Dr. Cheryl Johnson, along with extended family, spirtitual sons, daughters, friends, colleagues, and countless lives touched by his ministry and services.
Family and friends are asked to assemble at the family residence on the day of the service at 10:00 AM.

Grace and Peace. In 1989, I joined Lighthouse and Rev. & Sister Howard and the family welcomed me with open arms and a big heart. I still remember some of the teachings of Apostle Howard. We even shared scriptures and thoughts online. To his family, please know that myself and The Rehoboth New Life Center family of Charlotte, NC stand in Celebration of this General of the Gospel transition from Labor to Reward..
I am so deeply sorry to learn about the passing of your precious loved one, William Howard. I pray that the lovingkindness of our heavenly father will surround you, comfort you and reassure you of his care. Even though your hearts may be heavy with pain, I pray that the wonderful memories of William will forever live in your hearts, bringing you comfort, joy and peace. How good to know that death is only temporary. Our loving heavenly father, Jehovah, assures us that we will see our dead loved ones again. John 5:28-29. What a wonderful time that will be! Until then, Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in the promises of God. They will without fail, come true!!
