Celebration of Life Services for Mr. William R. Kelsey, of Atlanta, will be held Friday, September 20, 2019, 10:00 A.M. at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 101 Jackson St. Atlanta, with remains placed instate at 9:00 A.M. Reverend Dr. Raphael G. Warnock, Pastor, Officiating. Interment, Westview Cemetery, Atlanta. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 19, 2019, 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the mortuary.
