Barbara Hawkins

I was very sorry to hear of the passing of Ms. Hawkins, one of my elementary school teachers at St. John the Baptist Catholic School. Ms. Hawkins offered kindness and guidance to her students. Her dedication left a lasting impact on my life, and I will always remember her with gratitude. It was nice to reconnect with her these past few years. My thoughts are with Ms. Hawkins' family and all who were touched by her life.

Our deepest condolences are with the Hawkins family. We cannot believe this is true. Every time we saw Barbara she always had a smile on her face. There is nothing we can say that will make this unbearable pain go away. All we can do is offer our sympathy and let you know that you will be in our thoughts and prayers. Barbara had a sweet gentle spirit that I'm sure resonated with those that knew her, and she will be truly missed by all those who lives she touched. Barbara and I attended Selma University together. She was soft-spoken,always had a beautiful smile. You could not have met a nicer person. Family cherish and remember the wonderful memories we have of her. I pray the Lord Comfort and strengthen you during this difficult time.
