Obituary For Christine Calloway
Christine Calloway, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away on Tuesday January 9, 2024. The funeral service will be Saturday, January 20, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Holt Street Memorial Baptist Church, 1870 South Court Street, Montgomery, AL 36104, with Pastor Willie D. McClung, PhD., officiating. Interment will follow at Montgomery Memorial Cemetery with the staff of E. G. Cummings Memorial Funeral home directing. Visitation will be Friday, January 19, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Ms. Calloway will lie in repose one hour prior to the funeral service at the church.

She was my second mom in so many ways and I will miss her until I see her again in heaven. Even as I say goodbye, I lift up her life as in inspiration of love, grace, and wisdom. I will keep her memory close as I know her family will too. She nourished our family with both her skills in the kitchen and skills with life. It hurts now but I know the sweet memories will remain.
